Job summary

Sofitel Sydney Wentworth, a premier Accor luxury hotel, invites applications for an In-Room Dining Attendant to join our Food & Beverage team. You will deliver exceptional in-room dining service with care, speed, and professional presentation in a guest-facing role.

We value warmth, reliability and teamwork, with a rotating schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays. A valid RSA is required or obtainable, and previous high-volume hotel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Have a valid RSA or be willing to obtain one.
• Previous experience in a high-volume hotel or premium restaurant environment is highly desirable.
• Thoughtful, accurate, and quick on your feet without sacrificing quality.
• Positive, personable, and adaptable under pressure.
• Always ready to jump in and support your team members.
• Available to work a rotating schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, attentive and efficient food and beverage service to all guests.
• Provide prompt, courteous in-room dining service, including order delivery, presentation, billing, and timely tray/trolley clearance.
• Ensure food and beverages are delivered and presented in a timely, polished manner.
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming environment.
• Assist with tray set up, floor check and delivering amenities.
• Support opening and closing duties as required.
