Qualifications

• Hospitality experience in premium or luxury settings.
• RSA certificate holder.
• Full Australian working rights and flexibility to work across rotating rosters.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with guests, delivering warm, personalised service across two outlets.
• Take accurate orders and answer questions about menus, ingredients and beverages.
• Recommend cocktails, wine and beverages based on guest preferences.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and service throughout shifts.
• Work with Kitchen, Bar and Beverage teams to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with opening/closing duties, restocking and general operational requirements.
