You will take orders by phone, guide guests through the menu, and ensure every request is handled with care, elegance and prompt delivery, upholding the highest standards of quality and presentation in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Current RSA certification is required.
• Experience in a high-end or fine dining environment is valued.
• With full Australian working rights, you are ready to step into a role.
• Flexible and reliable for a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take guests' orders via phone and guide them through the in-room dining menu.
• Present each order with precision and elegance and ensure timely delivery.
• From set-up to service, maintain highest standards of quality and presentation.
