Job summary

Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to join Esprit Noir and Le Rivage. You will welcome guests, take orders, recommend cocktails and wines, and ensure a memorable dining experience in a luxury hotel setting.

You should have hospitality experience, strong guest focus, excellent communication, and an RSA certificate. Full Australian working rights and flexibility to work a rotating roster are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive food and beverage service across two Sofitel outlets (Esprit Noir and Le Rivage).
• Take accurate orders, answer questions about menus and beverages, and make recommendations.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and service throughout shifts.
• Work closely with Kitchen and Bar teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and restocking as needed.
• Adapt service style to the two outlet environments and anticipate guest needs.
