You will work in a high-volume hotel environment, focusing on guest satisfaction, accuracy, and teamwork. RSA certification is required; availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays is expected.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate In-Room Dining Attendant to join our Food & Beverage team. In this guest-facing role, you will deliver exceptional in-room dining experiences, ensuring every meal is presented with care, served with professionalism, and reflects the luxury standards of Sofitel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional, attentive and efficient food and beverage service to all guests
• Provide prompt, courteous in-room dining service, including order delivery, presentation, billing, and timely tray/trolley clearance.
• Ensure food and beverages are delivered and presented in a timely, polished manner
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming environment
• Assist with tray set up, floor check and delivering amenities
• Support opening and closing duties as required

About You

• Have a valid RSA or be willing to obtain one
• Previous experience in a high-volume hotel or premium restaurant environment is highly desirable.
• Thoughtful, accurate, and quick on your feet without sacrificing quality.
• Positive, personable, and adaptable under pressure.
• Always ready to jump in and support your team members.
• Available to work a rotating schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
