Job summary
Virgin Australia is seeking a Loyalty Airline Partner Operations Specialist to design, deliver and operate loyalty capabilities across Velocity and Virgin Australia Business Flyer partners. You will ensure smooth points earn/redemption, Status Credit recognition and high-value guest experiences across a global partner network.
You’ll support onboarding of new airline partners, provide SME support to VA projects, manage SLAs, and participate in UAT and production validation, working with business
Qualifications
- Experience in functional and/or systems analysis and operational delivery.
- Experience with airline loyalty systems and programs.
- Strong stakeholder management capability and experience dealing with multiple internal/external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of industry processes and IATA standards is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and integration of new airline loyalty partners across systems and touchpoints.
- Provide SME support to Velocity, Virgin Australia, and Virgin Australia Business Flyer projects and program changes.
- Manage internal and external SLAs in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Participate in UAT, CVT and production validation for new or enhanced solutions.
