Job summary

Holcim Australia and New Zealand is seeking a permanent, full-time Scheduling Supervisor to join the Customer Service team in East Perth, WA. You will oversee day-to-day scheduling and deliveries across the WA network, coordinating with drivers, plants, quarries, and customers to ensure on-time service and cost-effective operations.

Lead the scheduling/allocation team, optimise truck load sizes, and focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven transport/logistics scheduling and supervisory experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of cost-aware delivery and load optimization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily scheduling and dispatch to meet customer service KPIs and cost targets.
• Coordinate with drivers, plants, quarries, and account managers to ensure correct load delivery.
• Coach schedulers/allocators on continuous improvement and planning.
• Promote site safety by gathering feedback and managing safety incidents.
• Track cycle times, service interruptions, and order accuracy to optimize cartage costs.
