Job summary

Holcim Australia and New Zealand in East Perth is seeking an Allocator/Scheduler/Customer Service professional to join a fast-paced team. You will ensure our quality products are scheduled efficiently and delivered on time.

You will provide exceptional customer service, coordinate between customer service, allocators, plants and customers, and optimize truck utilization while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

• Background in customer service, scheduling/allocating, or logistics administration.
• Proven ability to problem-solve, make sound decisions, and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills to align diverse stakeholder requirements and adapt plans proactively.

Allocator/Scheduler/Customer Service Position

Join our aggregates / concrete business based in our East Perth Office and be part of a fast paced and dynamic team environment where you are key to ensuring our quality products are scheduled efficiently and delivered on time.

Your core responsibilities will be:

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong stakeholder communication.
• Schedule and allocate jobs efficiently to align with customer and business requirements.
• Optimize truck utilization to minimize overall logistics costs.
• Act as the central liaison between customer service, allocators, plants, and customers to ensure smooth job execution.
• Dynamically adjust schedules and problem-solve issues impacting delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The skills and experience you will need to do this role well:
