Job summary

Holcim Australia and New Zealand in East Perth is seeking an Allocator/Scheduler/Customer Service professional to join a fast-paced team. You will ensure our quality products are scheduled efficiently and delivered on time.

You will provide exceptional customer service, coordinate between customer service, allocators, plants and customers, and optimize truck utilization while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service, scheduling/allocating, or logistics administration.
• Proven ability to problem-solve, make sound decisions, and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills to align diverse stakeholder requirements and adapt plans proactively.
• Exceptional communication skills with a track record of building solid relationships.
• Ability to exercise judgment and think proactively in dynamic environments.
