Job summary

Holcim Australia and New Zealand is seeking a Production Supervisor or Batcher at our Bibra Lake plant in Perth, WA. You will manage the production process and ensure quality and customer service.

This permanent, full-time role includes on-site training, leading a close-knit team, and delivering safe, efficient operations with strong SHE focus; front-end loader certification and LF forklift license preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production or supervisory role.
• Batching experience is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and a safe work environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet production deadlines.
• Effective leadership abilities to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Front-end loader certification and LF forklift license preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Concrete batching and front-end loader operations.

• Manage water and waste management systems per environmental requirements.
• Oversee concrete production to meet customer specs and deadlines.
• Optimize truck and personnel scheduling for efficiency.
• Maintain stock levels by ordering raw materials and conducting inventory checks.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and engage contractors as needed.
• Provide leadership and support to the production team.
• Handle administrative tasks and contribute to operational improvements.

We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor or Batcher in charge to join our dynamic team at our Bibra Lake plant in Perth, WA. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing the production process and maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service.

Responsibilities
