Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Pricing & Solution Design Specialist to join our Project Logistics team in Hazelmere WA. You will design, price and deliver innovative logistics solutions for complex, industrial cargo, collaborating with engineering, operations and business development to turn customer requirements into value-driven outcomes.

The role requires a blend of technical planning and commercial modelling, with strong knowledge of OOG and multi-modal, plus advanced Excel and pricing tools.

Qualifications

Experience in logistics solution design and pricing for project-based cargo.
Strong knowledge of OOG, heavy-lift and multi-modal logistics.
Ability to read technical drawings or method statements.
Experience in mining, energy or infrastructure sectors.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and proposal writing skills.

Responsibilities

Design logistics solutions for OOG and multi-modal cargo.
Build pricing models using benchmark data and margin targets.
Lead RFQs and tenders, including client presentations.
Conduct post-quote analysis on win/loss and margins.
Collaborate with commercial, operations, engineering, sourcing and legal.
Maintain pricing templates and reference materials.
