Job summary

On is seeking a Logistics Specialist to support and optimize our in-country logistics network. You will act as the primary operational liaison for 3PL distribution partners, driving improvements and ensuring cost efficiency from shipment to final delivery.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external carriers across Australia, translating strategy into capacity KPIs, governance, and compliant invoicing to sustain high OTIF performance.

Acting as the primary operational liaison for our 3PL distribution partners, you will be accountable for driving continuous process improvement, keeping transport costs aligned with service levels and agreed rates, and ensuring superior operations from shipment to final delivery.

We are a fast-paced, collaborative team dedicated to keeping our supply chain seamless, agile, and efficient. You will sit at the crossroads of operational planning and execution, working side-by-side with internal teams - including Account Services, Orderbook, Sales Ops, Finance, and Commercial channels (B2B, DTCe, Retail) - as well as our external 3PL partners, freight forwarders, and transport providers across the region.

You will sit at the crossroads of operational planning and execution, working side-by-side with internal teams - including Account Services, Orderbook, Sales Ops, Finance, and Commercial channels (B2B, DTCe, Retail) - as well as our external 3PL partners, freight forwarders, and transport providers across the region.

YOUR MISSION

• Distribution Planning & Execution: Define seasonal outbound warehousing and transport capacity requirements. Translate high-level strategy into daily, weekly, and monthly capacity KPIs, leading strategic projects to optimize the network, boost OTIF / Transport DIFOT performance, and generate sustainable cost savings.

• Outbound Governance & Reporting: Maintain complete visibility over outbound shipments across all sales channels. Conduct Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) with 3PL partners for operational deviations, while managing order prioritization and carrier selection.

• Process Optimization & Financial Management: Establish and document standardized SOPs with distribution partners to streamline critical workflows. Take ownership of the logistics transport budget, assist with warehouse budget forecasting, and strictly audit 3PL invoices to ensure contract compliance and financial accuracy.

YOUR STORY

• Proven Logistics Experience: You bring strong technical expertise in 3PL partner management, ERP systems (such as D365), and inventory control and auditing.

• Data & Budget Savvy: You possess advanced skills in logistics budgeting, cost tracking, and analytics, with a track record of driving accurate invoicing and financial control.

• Continuous Improvement Mindset: You excel at process optimization, identifying bottlenecks, and setting up clear SOPs to reduce operational variability.

• Strong Stakeholder & Action Focus: You are a natural problem solver and cross-functional communicator who thrives on building strong relationships with both internal commercial teams and external transport partners.
