Job summary

Veolia Environmental Services is seeking a proactive Operations Coordinator for the Gladstone depot. You will coordinate driver runs, pickups and deliveries, manage run sheets, and support scheduling of vehicle services to keep the fleet running safely.

This role operates Monday to Friday with emphasis on accuracy, communication and strong customer service to support the team and meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in logistics, coordination or scheduling.
• Proficiency in Google platform (desirable).
• People, relationship and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for accurate and timely invoicing and reporting.
• Driver supervision and management.
• Scheduling daily runs, coordinating pickups and deliveries.
• Processing runsheets and waste certificates.
• Monitoring driver fatigue and safety.
• Liaising with workshop and manager regarding vehicle breakdowns and defects.
• Meeting customer demands and expectations.
