Team Global Express Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking an organised Operations Coordinator/Operations Support Officer to join our team in Murarrie. In this fast-paced role, you will link customers, drivers and operations to ensure safe, efficient service and a smooth day-to-day operation.

You will handle customer inquiries, assist with job scheduling and coordinate service delivery, while supporting drivers and resolving issues to maintain high-quality outcomes.

• Assisting with job scheduling and operational coordination
• Monitoring deliveries and collections to ensure service commitments are met
• Communicating service updates, delays, and schedule changes to customers
• Supporting pricing, invoicing, and payment-related enquiries
• Assisting drivers with operational queries and day-to‑day support
• Contributing to a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
