You will manage data, standardise processes, support system improvements, and provide data-driven insights to management.

This full‑time role focuses on data quality, reporting, dashboards, SOPs, and cross‑site coordination to drive efficiency, service delivery, and network performance across the HUBBED

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/organization management or related field.
• At least 1 year post‑degree experience in relevant field.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and management reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and departments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data quality and identify opportunities to improve information management and reporting accuracy.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support decision‑making.
• Analyse operational workflows and implement efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Technology, and Support teams to standardise procedures.
