Job summary

Roborock Technology (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end logistics, including transport and distribution, at our Geehi operations in New South Wales. The role requires coordinating with suppliers, carriers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.

You will drive inventory control, data integrity in logistics systems, and cost optimization through supplier negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles and logistics processes.
• Proficient in using logistics software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of analysing data to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics operations from end to end, including transport and distribution.

Job description

• Coordinate Logistics Operations: Manage the end-to-end logistics process, including transportation, and distribution of materials and products. Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and transportation partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.


• Inventory Management: Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures. Conduct regular stock assessments and reconcile discrepancies.


• Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and other relevant documentation. Prepare and process shipping and customs documents as required.


• Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost reduction in logistics and supply chain processes. Negotiate favourable terms with suppliers and carriers.


• Data Entry: Perform accurate and timely data entry of inventory transactions and logistics information into relevant systems. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data in the logistics database.


• Order Follow-ups: Monitor and track customer orders from placement to delivery. Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer requirements is met and address any order-related issues.


• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to logistics and orders. Collaborate with the customer service team to enhance the overall customer experience.


• Communication and Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination. Provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders on the status of shipments, logistics activities, and order fulfillment.


• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve logistics and order-related issues in a timely and effective manner. Proactively identify potential challenges and implement preventive measures.
