u&u Recruitment Partners is seeking an experienced HSE Specialist to support distribution, warehousing and operational teams across Australia. This hands-on role focuses on embedding safety systems and driving a proactive safety culture.

You will coach leaders, lead Chain of Responsibility initiatives, manage risks in mobile plant and loading/unloading, and deliver practical safety training while supporting ISO 45001 compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma-level WHS qualifications or higher.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, transport or manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of Chain of Responsibility requirements.
• Proven ability to coach leaders and influence safety culture.
• Experience with incident investigations (ICAM or equivalent).

Responsabilités

• Lead and support Chain of Responsibility initiatives.
• Manage risks relating to mobile plant, MHE and loading/unloading activities.
• Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Coach leaders to strengthen safety capability and accountability.
• Deliver practical safety training, toolbox talks and awareness programs.
• Review and improve safety management systems and documentation.
• Support compliance with ISO 45001 principles and best practice standards.
• Assist with injury management and early intervention activities.
• Drive continuous improvement through engagement, communication and auditing.
