Job summary

Sonder Executive is seeking an HSE Advisor to support safety and wellbeing across Australia’s national sales workforce. You will partner with leaders to strengthen safety culture, reduce risk, and improve injury management outcomes.

This hands-on, collaborative role combines practical HSE advice, coaching and continuous improvement to drive meaningful safety enhancements across the field.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ HSE experience, ideally within FMCG, logistics, distribution or a field-based environment.
• Certificate IV or Diploma in WHS.
• Strong understanding of WHS legislation, risk management and incident investigation.
• Experience supporting injury management and return-to-work processes.
• Strong communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales leaders to implement HSE initiatives and improve safety performance.
• Provide practical advice on HSE legislation, policies and compliance.
• Identify workplace risks and support incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Support injury management, rehabilitation and return-to-work programs.

The Role

Reporting to the HSE Manager -Sales, you’ll support health, safety and wellbeing initiatives across the national sales workforce, partnering with leaders to strengthen safety culture, reduce risk and improve injury management outcomes.

This is a hands‑on, collaborative role combining practical HSE advice, coaching and continuous improvement.
