Job summary

Plan A Logistics is seeking a Plan A Logistics Efficiency & Optimization Analyst to review, analyse, and improve business processes within a 3PL operation. You will drive efficiency across warehousing, transport, inventory, and administration to reduce costs and boost productivity.

The role requires strong continuous improvement knowledge, Excel expertise, and experience with WMS/TMS/ERP systems, with opportunities for career growth in a data-driven environment in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or 5+ years of relevant logistics experience.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, transport, or 3PL operations is highly regarded.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements within a logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyse current systems and structures to identify efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with staff across departments to develop improved processes.
• Draft new workflows, procedures, and documentation.
• Support implementation of approved recommendations.
• Review operations and ensure adherence to standards.
