Job summary

Next3pl is seeking a data-driven Supply Chain Analyst to join our operations team in Australia. You will transform complex data into actionable insights to optimise inventory, forecasting, warehousing and transport performance.

You will collaborate across warehouse, client services and leadership to improve efficiency and reduce costs. You will develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, or Tableau, and support demand forecasting and KPI monitoring to drive service improvements across

Qualifications

Experience in supply chain analytics or a similar data-focused role.
Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI).
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred, Genisys highly regarded.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Collect, analyse, and clean supply chain data across inventory, orders, transport and warehouse KPIs.
Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports using Power BI, Excel, Tableau.
Identify trends, bottlenecks and opportunities for cost savings and service improvement.
Conduct root-cause analysis and propose data-backed solutions.
Monitor SLAs with clients and carriers to ensure targets are met.
Support demand forecasting and inventory optimisation initiatives.
Analyse transport routes and carrier performance to reduce freight costs.
Support warehouse productivity analysis to improve operational efficiency.
Map and analyse current supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies.
