You will lead a team of 8+, oversee KPI delivery, implement lean improvements, ensure system use and data integrity with ERP, and help maintain WHS compliance while coordinating training and stock takes.

Qualifications

• Minimum certificate level in logistics or administration.
• 5+ years in logistics.
• 3+ years leading teams of 8+ people.
• Lean methodologies understanding.
• Knowledge of hearing aid industry or other regulated medical devices is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Drive KPI achievement through cross-functional coordination with operations.
• Supervise Australian Logistics Team in line with policies and service metrics.
• Utilise systems to maintain and report customer data within Logistics and across stakeholders.
• Support local strategies to drive Operational Excellence using lean methods.
• Ensure WHS compliance through Starkey Australia’s strategies.
• Lead training and development of Logistics Team members.
• Coordinate day-to-day logistics tasks with resource/workflow planning.
• Conduct regular stock takes, including after-hours when required.
• Assist management with annual compliance audits.
