Job summary

Coca-cola European Partners in Northmead, NSW, seeks a Deployment Scheduler for an 8-month contract. You will coordinate equipment deployments across Australia, ensuring on-time placements, removals and relocations, while supporting safe, efficient service for customers.

Work closely with carriers, warehouse ops, sales and customers to monitor schedules, manage delays, and drive continuous improvement using SAP and Excel to support reporting and operations.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in logistics, transport or supply chain coordination.
• SAP experience is advantageous and highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment placements, removals and relocations across Australia.
• Manage deployment activities and service levels.
• Partner with carriers, warehouse ops, sales and customers to move equipment.
• Monitor deployment schedules and manage delays and risks.
• Ensure operational requirements are met while minimising disruption.
• Process deployment transactions in SAP and support troubleshooting.
• Develop system capability and act as deployment SME.
• Analyse issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain deployment data for reporting and decision-making.
• Deliver outstanding customer service through stakeholder collaboration.
