Job summary

Linde ANZ is seeking a transport dispatch professional to coordinate shift work (Mornings 5am-1pm and Afternoons 1pm-9pm) on a rotating fortnightly basis. You will align driver paperwork with schedules and loads, while supporting customer service and account managers to ensure timely deliveries.

Experience in SAP, MS Office, and scanner usage, plus own transport, will help streamline operations and improve distribution outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in transport dispatch required.
• Secondary School Certificate with Logistics diploma/certificate or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP systems and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift hours on mornings and afternoons on a rotating fortnightly basis.
• Ensure driver paperwork aligns with scheduled work and loads.
• Liaise with customer service, scheduler, and account managers to resolve enquiries and deliveries.
