Driscoll’s Australia Pty. Ltd. is seeking a Planning & Delivery Coordinator to join our Sales team at the Docklands HQ in VIC. You will coordinate and execute sales orders, pack plans, and deliveries, ensuring processes run smoothly and on schedule.

The role suits someone organized, detail-focused and proactive, who works well with internal teams and stakeholders to keep products moving from farm to customer. Weekend/holiday flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a logistics or transportation coordination role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work across weekends and public holidays.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Full unrestricted Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Assign order allocations for sites, customers and product categories.
• Coordinate and execute sales orders, pack plans, and deliveries to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate with internal/external stakeholders to confirm order requirements.
• Collate daily Stock on Hand (SOH) across SKUs and sites.
• Translate weekly allocations into clear DC pack plans.
• Maintain accurate system records for orders, PO’s and imports.
