Qualifications

• Previous experience in office administration or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Processing orders accurately and on time
• Coordinating packaging orders and delivery schedules
• Liaising with transport providers for smooth logistics
• Maintaining filing and record-keeping systems
• Recording invoices and financial documentation accurately
• Assisting with site visitor coordination and contractor inductions
• Overseeing general office supplies and amenities
• Supporting planning and delivery of site functions and events
