Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Australia is seeking a Business Analyst to analyse performance, drive data-driven insights, and support warehouse operations with automated reporting and WMS experience. In a dynamic logistics environment, you'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, deliver actionable reports, and identify opportunities to optimise process efficiency across our 3PL warehousing network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in business analysis or process analysis.
• Strong MS Excel and MS Access proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience in an automated retail warehouse solution.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a 3PL environment with warehouse knowledge.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to generate innovative solutions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and reporting of performance – develop automated reporting formats
• Detailed data analysis on SKU behaviour to optimise productivity in an automated picking system
• Proactive Qualitative analysis and business Insight
• Numerical analysis of raw data into accurate reports
• Analytical problem solving and system planning; identifying opportunities for improvement
• Daily interaction with internal and external stakeholders
• Plan and assist in ensuring customers efficiencies are improved and maximised
