Qualifications

• Experience within a 3PL environment and good warehouse knowledge.
• Advanced MS Office; Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
• 2+ years' experience in business analysis or process analysis.
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Superioranalytical & problem solving skills.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report performance; develop automated reporting formats.
• Administer Oracle Cloud (iStore and Oracle Service Cloud).
• Perform detailed data analysis on SKU behaviour to optimise productivity.
• Provide proactive qualitative analysis to deliver business insights.
• Convert raw data into accurate reports through numerical analysis.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and plan system enhancements.
• Interact daily with internal and external stakeholders and present findings.
• Support efficiencies maximisation for customers and monthly reporting.
