Job summary

Hoban Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a fast-paced logistics and warehousing environment in Yennora, NSW. You will manage customer enquiries, documentation, and coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to meet service standards.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, problem-solving, and accurate communication across internal and external stakeholders. The position offers a Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm schedule and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Customer Service, Customer Support, or Logistics Administration role.
• Experience within transport, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environments.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and positive interactions.
• Respond to enquiries, provide solutions, and escalate issues when required.
• Manage complaints and resolve matters, escalating to management when needed.
• Maintain timely, accurate communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, Quality, and CoR policies and legislative requirements.
• Maintain accurate warehouse and transport documentation.
• Prepare and maintain KPI reports for assigned customers.
• Process orders, stock transfers, billing, and admin tasks per SOPs.
• Assist with stocktakes, customer visits, and site-based activities.
• Support warehouse and transport operations through coordination and admin duties.
• Undertake additional duties to support business needs.
