Job summary

Zoom Recruitment is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Laverton North, VIC, on an ongoing casual basis. You will support transport, distribution and logistics functions with emphasis on accuracy and timely documentation.

The role requires strong administration, detail orientation and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. You will coordinate bookings, manage orders, assist with customer enquiries and contribute to KPI reporting and SOP updates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in logistics, transport, warehousing or supply chain administration.
• Strong administration, organisation and time management skills.
• Advanced attention to detail and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience using ERP systems, email platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• An analytical mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Experience in import/export operations, distribution planning and knowledge of ADG/OHS/WHS is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Collate and reconcile invoices, ensuring accuracy prior to approval.
• Liaise with transport carriers and coordinate bookings to meet delivery requirements.
• Manage orders and coordinate picking requirements with the warehouse operations team.
• Assist with pallet reconciliation and liaise with pallet providers.
• Support customer service enquiries, order amendments and delivery updates.
• Prepare and maintain KPI reports, spreadsheets and operational data.
• Coordinate import and export documentation and liaise with freight providers.
• Prepare dispatch paperwork, delivery manifests and driver documentation.
• Assist with distribution route planning and load consolidation.
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately and within required timeframes.
