Job summary

Linfox Laverton North in VIC is seeking a transport operations coordinator to join the afternoon shift, Monday to Friday, 2:00pm–10:00pm. This full-time role offers stability within Australia''s largest Intermodal network.

You will coordinate live transport movements, support Allocators, maintain data in Blue Yonder, manage disruptions and provide updates to drivers and customers. Strong systems experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in transport operations within the Transport/Logistics industry.
• Strong systems capability and experience using transport management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate live transport movements across company and subcontractor fleets to maintain service performance and network visibility.
• Deliver operational support to Allocators through load management, bookings, system updates and transport planning adjustments.
• Maintain accurate transport data within Blue Yonder to support real-time decision making and operational success.
• Manage transport disruptions, schedule changes and breakdown contingencies to minimise service impacts.
• Provide timely updates to customers, drivers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Support safety initiatives, operational reviews and continuous improvement activities across the transport operation.
