Job summary

Multicultural Consulting Services Pty Ltd – Sydney NSW is seeking an experienced logistics professional to coordinate movement, storage and distribution on a Sydney infrastructure site. You will arrange deliveries around milestones and keep reliable records, traceability and quality controls.

Key duties include planning bookings, reconciling dockets with schedules, maintaining stock records, and coordinating with subcontractors to resolve constraints.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in construction logistics or supply chain coordination.
• Tertiary qualification in logistics or supply chain management.
• White Card and current driver licence.
• Practical knowledge of construction project delivery.
• Accurate record keeping and strong organisation across deliveries and inventory.
• Collaborative approach with accountability for site logistics outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan delivery bookings, unloading, loading-dock and crane requirements with suppliers and site teams.
• Reconcile delivery dockets with purchase orders and construction schedules.
• Maintain inventory, location and movement records and conduct stocktakes and material audits.
• Isolate damaged or non-conforming materials and coordinate returns, replacements and credits.
• Prepare daily, weekly and pre-start logistics reports and maintain quality registers.
• Work with subcontractors and transport providers to resolve delivery constraints.
