Job summary

Qube in Australia is seeking a proactive logistics customer service professional to plan daily transport for a portfolio of customers in West Melbourne. This full-time role requires coordinating deliveries, recording special instructions, and communicating with customers to ensure timeslots and costs are managed efficiently.

You will handle data entry in System Maximas with high accuracy, collaborate across the business, and operate within CoR obligations.

Qualifications

Customer service and/or account management experience with client focus.
Experience in fast-paced and demanding roles.
Prior experience in logistics environment.
Understanding of road transport planning & wharf cartage.

Responsibilities

Plan the daily transport function for a portfolio of customers ensuring delivery/receipt of cargo within allocated timeslots and account requirements.
Record special instructions (e.g., Reefer temps, delivery times, container sizes) and allocate correct timeslots.
Update customers on additional costs (storage/penalty) and communicate progress.
Respond to customer inquiries/issues via phone/email and solve problems with initiative.
