Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience within the transport and logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and well-organised with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily and weekly booking capacity and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Handle phone calls and customer enquiries, respond to emails, and create connotes for airway bill bookings.
• Maintain transport documentation, verify system charges and ensure freight accuracy.
• Coordinate with truck drivers on docks and manage freight manifesting.
