This newly created role has been designed to strengthen the Supply Chain and Customer Service functions following operational changes within the business.
Working closely with the Head of Supply Chain, you’ll manage day‑to‑day interactions with the 3PL and warehouse, coordinate inventory and logistics activities, and investigate order, stock and delivery issues through to resolution. You’ll also provide customer service support, so strong communication and the ability to manage challenging conversations professionally are important.
