Job summary

Health and Aged Care Professionals – Belrose NSW is seeking a Logistics and Customer Service Coordinator in a newly created role. You will work closely with the Head of Supply Chain, manage day-to-day 3PL and warehouse interactions, coordinate inventory and deliveries, and resolve stock and order issues to keep the supply chain moving.

This hybrid position offers exposure across 3PL, inventory, logistics and customer service, with a proactive, problem‑solving candidate who enjoys working across

Qualifications

• Experience with 3PL and warehouse operations.
• Strong inventory and logistics knowledge.
• Proficiency with SAP and EDI systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day interactions with 3PL and warehouse
• Coordinate logistics, inventory, orders and deliveries
• Investigate stock and delivery discrepancies to resolution
• Support reporting, continuous improvement and operational change initiatives
• Work with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Warehousing and Logistics teams
