Job summary

Health and Aged Care Professionals – Belrose NSW is seeking a Logistics and Customer Service Coordinator in a newly created role. You will work closely with the Head of Supply Chain, manage day-to-day 3PL and warehouse interactions, coordinate inventory and deliveries, and resolve stock and order issues to keep the supply chain moving.

About the Opportunity

This newly created role has been designed to strengthen the Supply Chain and Customer Service functions following operational changes within the business.
Working closely with the Head of Supply Chain, you’ll manage day-to-day interactions with the 3PL and warehouse, coordinate inventory and logistics activities, and investigate order, stock and delivery issues through to resolution. You’ll also provide customer service support, so strong communication and the ability to manage challenging conversations professionally are important.
This isn’t a narrow role. You’ll work across logistics, inventory, customer service, systems and continuous improvement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and is comfortable wearing multiple hats.

Duties

• Manage day-to-day interactions with the 3PL and warehouse
• Coordinate logistics, inventory, order and delivery enquiries
• Investigate stock, order and delivery discrepancies through to resolution
• Process and manage customer orders using SAP and EDI
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Warehousing and Logistics teams
• Support reporting, continuous improvement and operational change initiatives

Skills & Experience

• Experience within pharmaceuticals, medical devices or FMCG
• Previous experience working with a 3PL and/or warehouse operation
• Good understanding of inventory management, logistics and stock flow
• Hands‑on SAP experience and strong systems capability
• Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive and adaptable approach; experience in analytics or continuous improvement will be highly regarded
