Job summary

Healthcare Professionals Group in Belrose, NSW, is hiring a Logistics and Customer Service Coordinator in a hybrid role (3 days in office). You will support 3PL operations, inventory and customer service, coordinating with the Head of Supply Chain and external partners to keep stock and orders moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or FMCG.
• Experience with 3PL and warehouse operations.
• Strong inventory and logistics understanding.
• Hands-on SAP experience and systems capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Analytical mindset and proactive approach; CI experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day interactions with the 3PL and warehouse.
• Coordinate logistics, inventory, orders and delivery enquiries.
• Investigate stock, order and delivery discrepancies through to resolution.
• Process and manage customer orders using SAP and EDI.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Warehousing and Logistics teams.
• Support reporting, continuous improvement and operational change initiatives.
