Allocator role focuses on coordinating freight and deliveries, planning loads and resources, supervising warehouse operations, and ensuring NHVR compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• Co‑ordination of freight and deliveries to meet service and utilisation requirements.
• Planning and building loads in line with customer requirements.
• Equipment and resource planning.
• Raising and reconciling freight bills.
• Liaising with National Network Group Office, other Operations & Depot teams, floor staff and maintenance to ensure operations are run efficiently.
• Facilitating the retrieval and imaging of all proof of Delivery (POD) documentation.
• Monitor and report on the performance of the fleet in accordance with specific KPIs.
• Monitoring compliance with fatigue, mass and maintenance requirements.
• Ensuring safe conduct of operations in the workplace with site safety auditing.

• Load Planning & Scheduling – Build efficient freight loads for maximum performance
• Resource Management – Strategically allocate trucks, equipment, and personnel
• Process Enforcement – Maintain high operational standards and procedures
