Ideal candidates have experience in logistics, knowledge of Chain of Responsibility, strong time management, and proficiency with information systems and MS Office. TruckMate experience is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role and industry highly regarded.
• Knowledge of heavy vehicle operations and Chain of Responsibility.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordination of freight and deliveries to meet service and utilisation requirements.
• Planning and building loads in line with customer requirements.
• Equipment and resource planning.
• Raising and reconciling freight bills.
• Liaising with National Network Group Office and depot teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitoring fatigue, mass and maintenance compliance; site safety auditing.
