What You'll Do
Our National Network Group (NNG) is the operational hub of Lindsay Transport, supporting freight movements across our national network from Coffs Harbour. We're seeking an Allocator to join our team to keep freight moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This fast-paced role sits at the centre of daily operations, coordinating freight movements, managing priorities, and ensuring compliance across the network.
What You'll Bring
Prior experience in a similar role and industry highly regarded. Knowledge of the requirements in heavy vehicle operations in relation to all elements of Chain of Responsibility. Professional presentation with a friendly and helpful manner with an ability to deal effectively with a diverse workforce. Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and take ownership of work outcomes. A mature attitude with a logical and methodical approach to your work. Proficient in information management systems (TruckMate experience highly regarded) and Microsoft Office applications.
