Job summary

Talent Acquisition Group is seeking a part-time administrator to support a busy freight terminal in NSW. You will handle data entry, prepare reports, respond to emails, and assist with transport paperwork as part of the operations team.

Training is provided and no prior logistics experience is required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are valued. This role offers afternoon shifts and a path to grow within the transport and logistics sector.

Qualifications

• No logistics experience required; positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous administration experience is helpful but not required.
• Knowledge of transport, logistics, warehousing or supply chain operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and maintaining records.
• Preparing simple reports.
• Responding to emails and enquiries.
• Processing transport paperwork.
• Assisting with daily administration tasks.
• Communicating with truck drivers, reachstack operators and staff.
• Supporting the day-to-day operation of the terminal.
