Job summary

NW People Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Transport Administrator in Larapinta for a part-time afternoon role. Immediate start available, with hours 12:00pm–4:00pm, Monday to Friday, onsite parking, and a casual opportunity with super.

Responsibilities include coordinating driver paperwork, data entry, liaising with drivers and customers, updating transport information, assisting with PODs and freight documents, and general admin duties to keep transport operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a transport, logistics or warehouse administration role.
• Strong data entry and computer skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Experience with transport management systems (highly regarded).
• A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating driver paperwork and transport documentation.
• Data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Liaising with drivers, customers and internal departments.
