You will manage reception duties, maintain access control, coordinate meeting rooms and events, and liaise with multiple teams to ensure a smooth daily operation across the site.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in front-of-house or hospitality roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail‑oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Basic understanding of facilities services and local occupational health and safety requirements.
• Proficiency with technology systems including Teams, SharePoint, and standard workplace software.
• Experience in vendor management, event coordination, or facilities operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and warmth; manage reception duties.
• Oversee access badge administration, onboarding of new starters, meeting room bookings, and event setups.
• Maintain consumables inventory and conduct daily site inspections to ensure spaces are well‑supplied and compliant with standards.
• Support event management and coordinate with cross‑functional teams on catering and room arrangements.
• Manage IT hardware assets, courier distribution, parking requests, and act as a key team member during emergencies.
• Collaborate with the Workplace Coordinator Site Lead Canberra and ANZ Concierge Lead.
• Handle requests received through Microsoft Teams, not phone calls.
• Serve as the point of contact during the absence of the Canberra Site Lead.
