Job summary

IQ Capital Group is seeking a diligent Loans Processor on the Gold Coast who aspires to become a Mortgage Broker. This office-based role offers a clear career progression within a supportive, high-performing team and six-figure earning potential through salary, commissions, and bonuses.

You will manage loan applications across multiple lenders, input data in CRM and AOL, maintain regular client communication, and liaise with lenders to secure timely approvals while delivering outstanding

Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience in loan processing required.
• Strong knowledge of NCCP, AML and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
• High attention to detail with analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage time, prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Process loan applications across a diverse panel of lenders
• Accurately input and manage loan data within CRM and AOL platforms
• Maintain regular, professional communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout the loan process
• Liaise with lenders to ensure smooth progression and timely approval of applications
• Work collaboratively with the broader team to deliver outstanding client outcomes

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong understanding of NCCP legislation, AML compliance, and relevant regulatory requirements
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in loan processing
• Excellent relationship-building skills with clients and business partners
• High attention to detail with strong analytical abilities
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage time, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously
