Job summary
IQ Capital Group, a long-established mortgage brokerage, celebrates 20 years in business and seeks a Loans Processor to support our finance team on the Gold Coast. The role offers a competitive salary with commissions on settled loans and standard business hours in a modern office.
Responsibilities include processing loan applications, inputting data in CRM and AOL platforms, and maintaining proactive client communication.
Qualifications
- Experience in the mortgage brokerage industry (not bank).
- Strong knowledge of investment & construction lending.
- Experience with mortgage aggregator platforms (SFG, AFG, Connective).
- Understanding of broker processes, lender requirements & end-to-end lending lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Process loan applications across a diverse panel of lenders.
- Input and manage loan data within CRM & AOL platforms.
- Maintain regular, professional communication with clients throughout the loan process.
- Liaise with lenders to ensure smooth progression & timely approvals.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
