Job summary

Outsourcey is seeking a seasoned Mortgage Processor to join our Australia-based team in Sydney. You will manage end-to-end lending processes for clients, from information gathering to settlement, and work closely with underwriters and BDMs.

The role requires 4+ years of experience as a processor for an Australia-based mortgage broker, strong skills in reading payslips, tax returns, and financials, and the ability to verify applicant information and living expenses.

Qualifications

• Must read payslips, tax returns and financial documents.
• Experience verifying applicant information and living expenses.
• Experience with multi-property and self-employed clients.
• Ability to research lender policies and workshop scenarios with BDMs.

• 8.30am to 5pm AEST
• 4+ years working as a processor for an Australia-based mortgage broker
• Must know how to read payslips, tax return & financials
• Must know how to verify applicant information and living expenses
• Must be experienced with multi-property clients, self-employed clients
• Must have experience actively finding solutions for clients via researching lender policy and workshopping scenarios with BDM'S
• Extensive experience handling entire lending process from information gathering stage to settlement
