Job summary

MA Financial Group in Sydney is seeking a motivated operations professional to join our five-member team responsible for one of our major law firm clients while supporting other clients and products. You will rotate across all aspects of operations and handle a well-structured loan approval workflow, answer client queries by phone and email, and help resolve issues outside the standard process.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an operations administration role.
• Experience with loan processing, financial services, or data validation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and processing customer loan applications, credit limit increases, drawdowns and repayments.
• Workflow management and cash reconciliations.
• Answering and resolving customer queries via email and phone; supporting the operations function.
