Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in credit management or a similar role within private credit or mortgage lending.
• Experience in private lending, loan servicing or arrears management is highly regarded.
• Degree in Finance, Banking, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with due diligence and preparation of credit papers and memos.
• Track covenants, borrower reporting, and portfolio oversight.
• Engage with borrowers, brokers, and investors throughout the loan management process.
• Assist with loan workouts and follow-up actions as required.
• Support internal accounts administration and contribute to improving scalable internal systems and reporting frameworks.
