Job summary

LifeHealthcare in Sydney is seeking a hands-on Loan Kit Technician to prepare, maintain and dispatch surgical loan kits and instrument sets, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery for customer procedures.

In this fast-paced role you will track inventory movements in the ERP system, support stocktakes, and collaborate with sales, service and hospital partners. Attention to detail and the ability to multi‑task under tight deadlines are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of loan kit processes and inventory control.
• Experience using ERP or inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, pack and dispatch loan kits and instrument sets for customer procedures.
• Receive, inspect, replenish and transact kits following surgical use.
• Ensure all inventory movements are accurately recorded within the ERP system.
• Maintain, clean and test surgical instruments and sets to ensure they are complete and fully functional.
• Work closely with Managers, Customer Service, Supply Chain & hospital customers to meet surgical requirements.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with stock control activities.
• Complete daily activity logs and missing item reporting.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe and efficient warehouse environment.
• Participate in on-call and overtime rosters as required.
• Assist with annual stocktakes and cycle counts.

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Loan Kit Technician to join our Macquarie Park team. In this fast-paced role, you'll be responsible for preparing, maintaining and coordinating surgical loan kits and instrument sets to ensure they are delivered accurately and on time.

What You’ll Be Doing
