Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and dispatch loan kits for scheduled surgical cases.
• Coordinate kit returns, inspections and replenishment.
• Perform inventory transactions accurately within SAP/ERP systems.
• Clean, maintain and test surgical instruments and loan sets.
• Manage stock discrepancies, backorders and inventory movements.
• Support stocktakes and cycle counts.
• Liaise with internal teams, customers and couriers to ensure seamless case support.
• Maintain a safe, organised and efficient work environment.

Are you experienced in warehouse, inventory, logistics or a medical device environment? Join a leading MedTech business as a Loan Kit Technician based in Bowen Hills, QLD. In this fast-paced, hands-on role, you'll ensure surgical loan kits and implants are prepared, dispatched, maintained and returned accurately, helping healthcare professionals deliver critical patient care across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and dispatch loan kits for scheduled surgical cases
• Coordinate kit returns, inspections and replenishment
• Perform inventory transactions accurately within SAP/ERP systems

About You

Highly Regarded

• Previous experience in a Medical Device Loan Kit or Loan Set Coordinator role
• Understanding of inventory management and loan set processes
• Exposure to Lean, 5S or continuous improvement practices

Additional Requirements

• Current Driver's Licence
• Availability for an on-call roster and occasional overtime
• Ability to support weekend stocktakes twice annually
• Occasional domestic travel may be required
